Application example in Yibin Longtou Power Station -- acetylene removal
Location: Longtou Power Station of Yibin Electric Power Bureau, Sichuan Province
Transformer specification: 220KV/120000KVA transformer produced by TBEA Xinjiang Transformer Factory, with oil loading capacity of 38t.
On site oil filtering purpose: after the installation of this transformer, it is detected that the transformer oil contains acetylene gas. Three vacuum oil filters of Yibin Electric Power Bureau were used to treat the transformer oil on site, but the treatment results were invalid, and the transformer oil still contained acetylene; Chengdu Xinxu Industrial Development Co., Ltd. has sent another vacuum oil filter from Chengdu, which is still invalid after 5 days of treatment. The problem of acetylene cannot be solved for more than half a month.
The company immediately contacted our office on December 20, 2004 to rent our oil filter for treatment. The purpose is to remove the gas in the oil and make the acetylene content zero.
Oil treatment process:
On December 21, we transported the ZYA-200 two-stage vacuum oil filter to Yibin Electric Power Bureau, where we treated more than 3t transformer oil containing acetylene gas that day. After one hour of treatment, the bureau tested that the acetylene content was zero; Then, the ZYA-200 type machine was transported to Longtou Power Station, and the transformer oil was treated immediately. After 3 days of operation, the oil samples were taken and sent to Yibin Electric Power Bureau and Sichuan Electric Power Test and Research Institute for testing. The acetylene in the oil was zero; The moisture content is 2mg/L. The purpose of on-site oil filtering is realized.
