PLC control description of two-stage vacuum oil filter (text screen)

1、 Turn on the power and display the main page.

2、 Press "ENT" to display the manual operation page, which is arranged as follows: left "ESC" vacuum pump, "+/- ALM" booster pump. "▼" oil valve, "▲" oil drain pump. "←" heating 1 "→" heating 2. Press "0" and "1" on the manual interface to control the electric valve.

3、 For manual operation, each operation key is pressed once to start, and if pressed again, it will stop.

4、 Press "CLR" on the manual operation page to enter the automatic control program, press "ESC" to start the vacuum pump, and the automatic control will start to operate. Press "9" to enter the manual operation page during shutdown, and then drain the oil.

5、 Press "▼" on the main page to enter the flow and running time display interface.

6、 Press "▼" 2 on the main page to enter the setting oil pump hysteresis program.

Press "SET" to flash, press "ENT" to confirm, then press "7" to finish setting, press "ENT" or "ESC" to return to the main page, and the fixed time on is displayed in the lower left corner.

7、 On the main page, press "▼" three times to enter the system parameter setting interface, and press "SET" key to set "ENT" key for confirmation.

Press "SET" to flash, press "ENT" to confirm, press "7" to finish setting, and press "ENT"

8、 After the equipment is used, press "9" general stop to enter the manual page, start the oil drain pump to drain the oil, and then shut down.

9、 The manual heating system can be put into operation after the oil is fed. The automatic heating system can only be heated when the oil level is "20". After the operation, it is not controlled by the "20" oil level.
