A thermal power construction company in Henan Province installed a transformer in the 500KV substation in Lilin Town, Jiyuan City, and used the original two vacuum oil filters to filter oil for more than 30 days. The oil index always failed to meet the requirements. The transformer installation project was forced to be postponed. In July, the company decided to try out our 200 high-efficiency energy-saving oil filter. We immediately transported the oil filter to the site and worked overtime overnight to filter the oil. It only took more than 5 days to filter the oil from 10 tanks of 160t transformer, which was tested by Luoyang Power Supply Bureau, and all of them met the requirements of 500KV transformer; Then filter the second batch of 8 tanks of transformer oil. Then the oil filter is used to vacuum the two newly installed 500KV transformers, vacuum oil injection and hot oil circulation. The oiling process is as follows:

Transformer model: ODF3-40000KVA/500KV; ABB.

Vacuum the transformer with a vacuum unit equipped with an oil filter for 6 hours to reach 20Pa. Continue to maintain the pressure for 36 hours to within 60Pa. Then inject oil from the bottom of the transformer at a speed ≤ 100L/min, the oil temperature at the outlet of the oil filter is 50-60 º C, and when the oil is injected to the top of the transformer and 300mm from the oil level, stop vacuuming the transformer and continue to inject oil to the 7.5 position value of the oil level line of the transformer. Then exhaust and vacuum, and circulate the hot oil of transformer for about 36 hours. Then, the vacuum oiling on site was successfully completed after 72 hours of standstill.

It took more than 20 days to successfully complete the on-site transformer oil filtering and vacuum oil injection of two transformers, shortening the construction period by more than 2 months, and ensuring the smooth progress of the transformer installation project. In the past, the company had to go through the bidding process to purchase the oil filter, but this time, because of the urgent need for production and the satisfactory on-site trial results, the company made an exception not to go through the bidding - directly purchased the 200 type oil filter.

Oil filtering service: 680 hours oil filtering 1216t

In July and August this year, we used 300 high-efficiency energy-saving oil filters to filter oil for Chengdu Xinxu Company: 39 oil tanks were filtered at Jinchang 750 substation in Gansu Province, and 37 oil tanks were filtered at An750 substation in Gansu Province. There are totally 1216t transformer oil in 76 oil filtering tanks at the two sites. The cumulative oil filtering time is 680 hours. The average oil filtering time of each 16t transformer oil tank is 9 hours. The power consumption is 230 degrees. The oil filtering temperature is 27 º C-37 º C. All oil products have been tested on site by Hubei Power Transmission and Transformation Engineering Company and Lanzhou Power Supply Bureau, and all indicators of each tank of oil meet the requirements of 750KV transformer. It plays an important role in the field installation of ultra-high voltage transformers, shortening the construction period, saving man hours and electricity costs. There are 76 oil quality test reports, particle analysis reports and chromatographic analysis reports made by Gansu Electric Power Research Institute, all of which meet the requirements of 750KV transformer oil.
