Introduction to the on-site oil filtering service project and typical cases of Chongqing Optical submersible Electromechanical Research Institute:

Service item: on-site oil filtering service: eliminating transformer faults

★ The dielectric loss value, acid value, acetylene or total hydrocarbon of insulating oil exceeds the standard for on-site filtration and regeneration service.

★ Unqualified transformer oil such as oil dielectric loss, acid value, moisture, withstand voltage, interfacial tension, etc,

★ Transformer with excessive gas in oil or acetylene, hydrogen and total hydrocarbon,

★ Transformer with excessive discharge capacity in partial discharge test,

★ On site treatment of abnormal vibration and noise of large transformers,

1、 The oil filtering and nitrogen injection project of 432t UHV transformer was successfully completed.

In June 2015, we signed an agreement with Hunan Electric Power Logistics Service Co., Ltd. on "oil filtering service". We will pump and filter 7 ± 500KV converter transformers produced by Baobian Tianwei Group, whose customers are stored in Cucumber Garden Town, vacuum the transformers for 4h and inject nitrogen; The oil of the seven transformers drawn out shall be filtered to be qualified, and a qualified test report shall be issued, and then the qualified transformer oil shall be delivered to the site and handed over to the installation unit. On June 22, our office transported the ZYA-200 vacuum oil filter to Cucumber Garden Town, Yuanmou County, Yunnan Province for oil filtration. Actual oil filtering quantity: 432t all comply with GB2536 and IEC60296 standards, vacuum the transformer up to 30Pa for 4h, vacuum and fill nitrogen. The number of oil particles: the number of particles larger than 5 µ m ≤ 900/100mt.

2、 The oil filtering of 132 t UHV transformer was completed within 3 days, shortening the construction period. The customer was very satisfied.

On November 12, 2015, we signed an oil filtering service contract with Northwest Electric Power Design Institute (Party A) of China Electric Power Engineering Consulting Group. We used our ZYA-200 vacuum oil filter to filter 750KV transformer oil in Shenmu, Shaanxi Province: the oil load of the main transformer of this 1 # unit is 132t, and it is required that all indicators after oil filtering meet the national standards, and the number of particles in the oil is ≤ 900/100mt. Previously, the construction unit had used two high-power vacuum oil filters to filter oil continuously for more than 1 and a half months, and the number of particles in the oil was still up to more than 5000, which did not meet the requirements; The installation and test run of the transformer were seriously delayed because the oil filtering failed to meet the standard for a long time. In order to shorten the construction period, Party A requires our institute to meet the qualification standard within 6 days.

On November 12, our office transported ZYA-200 vacuum oil filter to Xiaxi Shenmudianta Power Plant by special vehicle.

On November 14, the oil was filtered on site, and on November 16, the oil sample was taken and sent to Xi'an Electric Power Design and Research Institute for testing. All indicators of the oil were qualified, including only 200 oil particles/100ml.

3、 Filter the oil on site to restore the transformer oil with seriously excessive dielectric loss to the new oil standard

From July to August of the previous year, we used the dielectric loss reduction oil filter for Chengdu Xinxu Company in Beijing Oil Depot to treat 275t of transformer oil with seriously excessive dielectric loss. The water, acetylene, withstand voltage value, chromatography and dielectric loss value in the filtered oil meet the standards, of which the dielectric loss value is ≤ 0.002. The company successfully handed over the transformer oil that had been overstocked for more than a year due to unqualified dielectric loss to customers, and recovered more than 2 million yuan of payment for goods.

In recent years, we have treated unqualified transformer oil with dielectric loss for many customers, so that some waste oil, or oil for process test, and polluted transformer oil with dielectric loss seriously exceeding the standard can be restored to the new oil standard, saving a lot of costs for users. Some customers include Xinjiang TBEA, Fuling Transformer Factory, Xidian Shuneng TBEA, Ningbo Tian'an Special Transformer Factory, Chengdu Hualin Company, Yunnan Volkswagen Petrochemical, Chongqing Chuanrun Petrochemical, Shanghai Zhongfu Company, Xi'an Yunhe Company

4、 Oil filtering service: 680 hours oil filtering 1216t

In July and August 2012, Chongqing Qianguang Electromechanical Research Institute filtered oil for Chengdu Xinxu Company on site: 39 tanks were filtered at Jinchang 750 substation in Gansu Province, and 37 tanks were filtered at Anxi 750 substation in Gansu Province. Two 76 oil filter tanks contain 1216t transformer oil in total, with a cumulative oil filtering time of 680 hours, and an average oil filtering time of 9 hours for each 16t transformer oil tank. The power consumption is 230 degrees, and the oil filtering temperature is 28 º C-40 º C. All oil products have been tested on site by Hubei Power Transmission and Transformation Engineering Company and Lanzhou Power Supply Bureau, and all indicators of each tank of oil meet the requirements of 750KV transformer. It plays an important role in shortening the construction period and saving electricity cost for on-site installation of ultra-high voltage transformers.

5、 Filter oil on site to eliminate static electricity caused by oil pollution and solve the problem of excessive partial discharge test of transformer

At the beginning of November this year, Baoding Tianwei Group's transformer project in Julong Plain, Fuling, Chongqing: 2015-5T02; SFSZ11-240000/220;  1 set. During the handover test, phase B partial discharge test has exceeded the standard. The transformer substation entrusts our institute to provide on-site service: use our institute's de electrostatic vacuum oil filter to recycle the oil on site, eliminate polar pollution and electrostatic substances in the oil, and recover the physical properties of the oil. After the actual oil filtering is completed, the entrusting party shall conduct oil test and partial discharge test after 48h of standstill. As a result, both the oil test and the partial discharge test of the transformer body meet the standard.

6、 The high efficiency oil filter has been tested on site, and the effect is remarkable. Customers directly purchase:

Henan No.1 Thermal Power Company installed the transformer in the 500KV substation in Lilin Town, Jiyuan City, and used the original two vacuum oil filters to filter oil for more than 50 days. The oil index always failed to meet the requirements, and the transformer installation project was forced to be postponed. In July 2012, the company decided to try our ZYA-200 bipolar vacuum oil filter. We use the special vehicle to transport the oil filter to the site and filter the oil continuously day and night. It takes only 5 days to complete the oil filtering work of 10 tanks of 160t transformer oil and submit them to Luoyang Power Supply Bureau for testing. All the oil products meet the requirements of 500KV transformers; Then filter the second batch of 8 tanks of transformer oil. Then, vacuum pumping, vacuum oil injection and hot oil circulation were completed for the two newly installed 500KV transformers.

In the past, the company used to purchase the oil filter through the bidding process, but this time, the company made an exception and did not pass the bidding - instead, it directly purchased the oil filter after passing the trial.

7、 Xinjiang TBEA tried our dielectric loss reducing oil filter, and purchased after it was qualified:

In 2014, Xinjiang TBEA agreed with us to try out the BYJ-80 dielectric loss reducing oil filter made by us to treat the transformer oil whose dielectric loss value has seriously exceeded the standard (≥ 0.08). If the treated oil reaches the qualified standard, the equipment operates normally, train the operators, and confirm that the equipment meets the requirements of the demander, then enter the procedure of purchasing the oil filter. After the actual trial, more than 800 t transformer oil has been treated during the trial period, so a contract was signed to purchase the unit in June 2015.

8、 Chengdu XD Shuneng Electric Appliance Co., Ltd

The distribution transformer produced by the company has hundreds of tons of process oil with unqualified dielectric loss value. In January 2016, the company signed a transformer oil filtering service agreement with Chongqing submersible electro-mechanical research institute to specifically solve the transformer oil with unqualified dielectric loss. By August 2016, more than 300 tons of qualified transformer oil had been disposed.

9、 Chongqing NARI Borui Transformer Co., Ltd

The distribution transformer produced by the company has unqualified dielectric loss value of transformer process oil. In September 2016, the company signed a transformer oil filtering service agreement with Chongqing Qianguang Electromechanical Research Institute. We will provide a BYJ-3000 dielectric loss reducing oil filter to provide oil filtering services on site, specifically to solve the unqualified transformer oil with dielectric loss. By March 2017, more than 500 tons of qualified transformer oil had been processed.
