Many users report that the current vacuum oil filters (including domestic and imported oil filters) can not completely remove acetylene from transformer oil. 2、 Manufacturers troubled by acetylene:

Many users reported that they had several vacuum oil filters, and in the past, they did not have strict requirements on acetylene, so the acetylene problem was not prominent. Now, the acetylene of transformer oil is required to be 0, and the accuracy of chromatographic analyzer has been improved. As a result, many oil filters cannot solve the acetylene problem. Some oil filters filter repeatedly for more than 10 days, and the transformer oil still contains acetylene.

In October last year, our institute transformed 3 sets of Kato oil filters in Japan and replaced 3 sets of domestic oil filters for Xinjiang TBEA Co., Ltd. The main problem of the six oil filters is that there is acetylene in the filtered transformer oil and the oil filtering performance is poor. Through the technical transformation and replacement of our institute, the acetylene after oil filtering has been completely eliminated, and the oil filtering effect has been greatly improved.

In August 2005, Henan Luoyang Wanji Aluminum Co., Ltd. installed six new 220KV energy-saving transformers. The company has one imported oil filter and two domestic oil filters to filter oil on site, but they cannot meet the requirements in terms of degassing and dehydration. Because of the urgent need of the project, the company contacted us to order two ZYA-500 large flow two-stage vacuum oil filters that month. Our oil filter was transported to Luoyang site overnight and worked overtime to filter oil, ensuring that acetylene=0, water and gas meet the requirements; The vacuum hot oil circulation drying treatment was also carried out for the damped transformer to increase the insulation resistance of the transformer body from 1200M Ω to 4500M Ω.

500KV transformers produced by Chongqing ABB Company are sold to major substations across the country. It is found that some oil filters cannot guarantee the gas indicators when filtering oil on site. A transformer factory in Changzhou purchased an imported oil filter in 1991, and the treated transformer oil contains acetylene. If the acetylene in the oil could not be completely removed, it would rather pay for the loss in advance. In 1998, the company purchased a VH060RS vacuum oil filter from Macphail. The operating noise of the machine is large, and the treated transformer oil always contains acetylene, which cannot meet the current oil filtering requirements. 3、 Application example of ZYA double stage vacuum oil filter to ensure acetylene=0:

Sichuan Yibin Electric Power Bureau has installed a new 220KV transformer in Longmen Power Station. This transformer is produced by Xinjiang TBEA, and its oil load is more than 38t. After installation, check whether the oil contains acetylene; Several oil filters of Yibin Electric Power Bureau were immediately used for on-site treatment. After more than half a month of oil filtering, the transformer oil still contains acetylene.

The company rented a ZYA-200 double stage vacuum oil filter. It was transported to Longtou Power Station, and the acetylene problem was completely solved after 3 days of treatment. Oil sampling test: acetylene is 0, ethane is 0, ethylene is 0, hydrogen is 0, and total hydrocarbon is only 0.2; The micro water content is 2mg/L—— This is tested by Sichuan Electric Power Test and Research Institute.

Jiangsu Nantong Youbang Transformer Co., Ltd

Order ZYA-100 two-stage vacuum oil filter, and send the oil sample to Nanjing Electric Power Test and Research Institute. The test results show that the water content is 2 ppm, breakdown voltage is 73KV, acetylene=0, hydrogen=0, and gas content is 0.005%.

This machine is used to treat a transformer for high voltage test. The oil contains 46 ppm acetylene, which is zero after treatment.
