However, the existing vacuum oil filter must heat and filter the transformer oil at high temperature to meet the oil filtering index. Therefore, some oil filter manufacturers have to equip higher heating power to meet the oil filtering requirements.

In order to meet the power requirements of high temperature heating, high-power diesel generators are equipped when the oil is filtered on site and the power supply is insufficient. The fuel consumption, transportation and working noise of the generator increase the difficulty of on-site oil filtering. If the oil filter can filter oil at normal temperature, the user can save the equipment of the generator, and reduce the cost of equipment management, operation, maintenance, etc.

In addition, the oil is filtered at normal temperature without heating and raising the oil temperature, so as to avoid easy oxidation and deterioration of the oil under high temperature for a long time. Moreover, the quality of the transformer oil filtered at normal temperature is stable, and it is not easy to absorb water in the air. It can be stored for a long time without increasing the micro water content.
