1、 User: An aluminum company in Henan
There are many large power transformers in the plant. Due to the continuous operation of high voltage and heavy load, the hydrogen and total hydrocarbon values of transformer oil have seriously exceeded the standard. In order to ensure the normal operation of the transformer, it is urgent to treat these transformer oils to make the water, acetylene, hydrogen, total hydrocarbon, etc. in the oil meet the requirements.
There are four vacuum oil filters in the plant, but none of them can completely remove acetylene, hydrogen and total hydrocarbon from transformer oil. In August this year, the factory purchased ZYA-200 double stage vacuum oil filter with electronic oil purification technology from our institute.
After sending the oil filter to the plant, we sent technicians to assist the plant in handling the insulating oil of two large transformers day and night, completely solving the problems of acetylene, hydrogen and total hydrocarbon in the oil.
2、 Transformer to be treated: first deal with 5 # main transformer and 4 # main transformer

Oil filter: ZYA-200 double stage vacuum oil filter
Oil treatment process: because the hydrogen and total hydrocarbon of the two main transformers have seriously exceeded the standard, in order not to affect production, the two main transformers are treated by turns using the interval of power outage maintenance: first, 5 # main transformer is treated for 22 consecutive hours, and the oil quality has basically improved; At this time, the problem of 4 # main transformer is serious and needs to be solved urgently. So 4 # main transformer was cut off for maintenance and oil treatment. After 45 hours of treatment, the oil quality was completely improved. Then put 4 # main transformer into power transmission working state again, replace 5 # main transformer and continue to filter oil. After 23 hours of treatment, the oil quality of 5 # main transformer has also been very satisfied.
It took only 45 hours for the two main transformers to handle the oil quality.
The main indicators of oil quality test before and after treatment of 5 # main transformer are compared as follows (content unit: μ L/L):

3、 Why does the electronic vacuum oil filter have stronger dehydration and degassing capacity than the general oil filter?
This is because the machine is equipped with an oil inlet filter, a high-voltage electronic generator with controllable current, an electronic separation chamber, a high vacuum degassing tower, a precision filter and a microcomputer automatic control room. Its working principle can be summarized as follows: a
Introduce a high-voltage electric field of controllable current potential into the oil.
Water and gas dissolved in oil are agglomerated into free state by electronic action, which is easy to be separated in vacuum degassing tower.
The particles in the oil, regardless of their size, carry positive and negative charges respectively. Particles with opposite charges attract each other, neutralize and increase their volume, and are easy to be filtered by precision filters.
As a result, the fine particles are removed, the carrier surface on which water and gas depend for attachment and combination is eliminated, and the oil system inside the whole body is thoroughly purified.
Therefore, this machine has extremely strong degassing and dehydration capacity. It can not only process transformer oil at room temperature, but also quickly reach the national standard. This is incomparable to ordinary vacuum oil filter.
