The successful application of DYJ multi-function oil processor in transformer maintenance in our mine

Our unit was built in the 1970s, then stopped construction and rebuilt in 1985. There are two existing substations, including more than 80 large, medium and small transformers, with a total installed capacity of 40000 KV. Most of the equipment belongs to the equipment 90 years ago and has reached the maintenance cycle.

In the past, the contaminated and deteriorated unqualified transformer oil can only be treated by changing oil (replacing old oil with new oil) during transformer maintenance. All the replaced transformer oil can only be treated as waste oil, which is too wasteful. Can we find a high quality, efficient, economical, reasonable and convenient oil treatment method? For this reason, we conducted a comprehensive and in-depth investigation and comparative analysis of the products of the national oil purifier manufacturers, and found that the DYJ multi-function oil treatment machine developed by Chongqing submersible electro-mechanical research institute can fully meet our requirements. This machine absorbs the successful factors in modern processing, and integrates the functions of high-precision filter, high-efficiency vacuum oil filter and the most advanced transformer oil regeneration equipment. The water content, gas content, breakdown voltage, PH acid value, dielectric loss value, etc. of the oil treated by the machine meet the standards, and can completely filter free carbon and microorganisms in the oil. It is the ideal special equipment for power transformer installation or overhaul.

Therefore, our bureau purchased a DYJ-100 multi-function oil processor from Chongqing Qianguang in February 2000. Immediately use the machine to treat nearly 10 tons of transformer oil that has been replaced and stored in the past, and the treated oil meets the national transformer oil quality standard (see the attached Oil Quality Test Record Report for details). It is estimated that all transformers will be overhauled this year, and the transformer oil will reach 30 tons. After all consumption is eliminated, the investment in purchasing this machine will be recovered in the same year, and the economic benefits will be very significant.

Through practical application, we believe that the machine has the following advantages:

(1) The mechanical filtration part adopts the latest patented technology - large-area, deep level, negative pressure filtration technology, forming a completely coordinated distribution of pressure gradient, pore density, and filter residue particle size in the filter medium layer. Under the same equipment and power consumption conditions, it can achieve the best filtering effect and maximum filtering capacity.

(2) In the vacuum oil filtering part, a two-stage vacuum source is used, whose vacuum pumping speed, heating power and flow are matched; Applying the principle of film drying, the evaporation area of oil film is increased, and the degassing and dehydration function is in the best state; It adopts the latest patented technology of oil level control - automatic compensation level control valve, which can automatically adjust the balance of oil inlet and outlet.

(3) In the adsorption regeneration part, the successful experience of transformer regeneration is summarized, and the optimization design is carried out from the adsorbent selection, temperature distribution, adsorption concentration gradient change, flow rate and circulation direction.

(4) It is easy to operate. It integrates the functions of multiple equipment, greatly simplifying the transportation and operation of the equipment. It only needs to connect the hose for oil inlet and outlet once, and can realize the conversion of multiple functions through valve control.

In addition to purifying and regenerating transformer oil, the machine can also conduct vacuum oil injection and vacuum drying of hot oil for transformers.
